Placing your Order

Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid via PayPal, or PayPal express where you do not need a PayPal account, direct deposit or alternatively, you can pay over the phone by calling Vibi Mitchell on following number:

Sweet Arrivals uses Paypal Express, where you can also use your credit card to make a payment without having to have a Paypal account, if you do have a paypal account you also have the option of logging into your paypal account. Paypal is the safest way to pay and ensures that all your personal details are completely secure.

Please ensure you leave your order number or name as a reference when transferring funds. Once payment has been cleared they will be shipped acording to shipping information below. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation with your Tracking Number.

Delivery and Shipping

Gift Hamper Delivery All hampers within NSW flat Rate of $9.95All other States Hampers are $14.95

All Orders Over $100.00 free shipping

Hospital Delivery: Same flat rate as residential address. (Please make sure the receiver will still be in hospital for delivery)

All Non Hamper items Australia wide a flat rate of $9.95 applies. All orders are Trackable

 

Orders and payments received by 1.00 pm will be posted the same day.

Orders after 1 pm will be posted the following business day. Delivery is Monday to Friday only. Where possible we use Fastway Couriers.

In the event the recipient is not home, a delivery card will be left in the mailbox with contact details to organize re-delivery with the courier company. We aren't responsible if the recipient does not respond to the calling card and the item is returned to Sweet Arrivals, another re-delivery fee will be charged. 

As we are using a freight company we are not responsible for delays out of our control, such as delays on the road for the freight truck. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.If an order is placed on a Friday or the weekend, this will be despatched the following business day.

Hospital Delivery:

Due to today’s short length of hospital stay, it is advisable to have the baby gift hampers delivered to a home or business address. However, if you are wishing to send a baby gift hamper to a hospital, please ensure the recipient has not already been discharged (please see above for estimated delivery schedule). 

Cancellation Of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Sweet Arrivals Baby Hampers immediately on 0439 483 107. Once payment for an order has been accepted, we will cancel your order and issue a refund provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Special Delivery Company if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to our Courier Company. 

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will gladly replace the gift with a no fuss attitude. Please call Sweet Arrivals on 0439 483 107 or email us at info@sweetarrivals.com.au to organise the replacement gift or damaged items to be re-sent.

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with Sweet Arrivals are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
