Placing your Order
All our Baby Hampers are packed in a vintage style keepsake suitcase and what you see in the hamper photo is what you get in the hamper. If we have run out of a certain item or the item is faulty, we will replace it with an item similar to the one in the photo of same or higher value. Be certain we will send out a beautiful hamper. We want to make both sender and receiver happy with the quality of the luxury baby hamper.

Sweet Arrivals uses PayPal Express and PayPal, where you can also use your credit card to make a payment without having to have a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account you also have the option of logging into your PayPal account. PayPal is the safest way to pay and ensures that all your personal details are completely secure.
For credit card payments you can also use eWAY – another safe and secure way of online payment.

Delivery and Shipping
We deliver Australia Wide! With a Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Metro next day delivery option, if the Baby Hamper has been ordered and paid for by 2 pm. We use Fastway Couriers or if you are shipping to a remote area in Australia, we use Australia Post. Please be aware of possible delays during Covid19 outbreaks and border closures.
All hampers have FREE SHIPPING!
Shipping for all other items; $10.00 if purchased without a hamper.
Once shipped you will receive a confirmation with your Tracking Number. Please take note which couriers we are using (ARAMEX or Australia Post) This information, together with your tracking number, will be in your shipping confirmation emailed to you.
Hospital Delivery: Same as above but please note; Due to today’s short length of hospital stay, it is advisable to have the baby gift hamper delivered to a home or business address. However, if you are wishing to send a baby gift hamper to a hospital, please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for delivery (Please see below for estimated delivery schedule).
Orders and payments received by 2.00 pm – posted same day (week days only)
Orders after 2 pm will be posted the following business day. Delivery and shipping is Monday to Friday only. Deliveries or shipping are not done on weekends or public holidays

Blue Mountains, Southern Tablelands Central Coast, Wollongong: 1-2 Business days
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Northern NSW Coast, Melbourne, Canberra, Albury: 1-2 business days
Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide: 2-3 business days
Cairns, Townsville, Perth, Tasmania: 4-10 business days
In the event the recipient is not home, a delivery card will be left in the mailbox with contact details to organize re-delivery with the courier company or details to pick up from a pick up centre. If possible please leave a note for us if it is possible to leave the parcel at the front door at the receivers address. We aren’t responsible if the recipient does not respond to the calling card or pick up the parcel, so leaving the parcel at the front door is a good option if you believe this is safe. If the parcel is returned to Sweet Arrivals, another re-delivery fee will be charged.
As we are using a freight company and Australia Post we are not responsible for delays out of our control, such as delays on the road, bad weather and Covid19 restrictions/closures.

Cancellation Of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Sweet Arrivals Baby Hampers immediately on 0439 483 107. Once payment for an order has been accepted, we will cancel your order and issue a refund provided the order has not yet been shipped.
