Placing your Order;

Most of our Baby Hampers are packed in a vintage style keepsake suitcase and what you see in the hamper photo is what is included in the hamper.

DISCLAIMER: If we have run out of a certain item or the item is faulty, we will replace it with an item similar to the one in the photo of same or higher value. Be certain we will send out a beautiful hamper no matter what. We want to make sure both sender and receiver will be happy with the quality and presentation of the boutique baby gift.

Sweet Arrivals uses PayPal Express and PayPal, where you can also use your credit card to make a payment without having to have a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you also have the option of logging into your PayPal account. PayPal is the safest way to pay and ensures that all your personal details are completely secure.

For credit card payments you can also use eWAY. This is another safe and secure way of online payment. Our payment security is high priority.

Delivery & Shipping – We do NOT offer same day delivery.

We deliver Australia Wide!

We dispatch 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. We use Australia Express Post and the cut off time is 1 pm. Please be aware there can still be short delays caused by Covid19 and staff shortage.

Deliveries or shipping are not done on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping for all other items; $15.00 (express shipping as well) if purchased without a baby hamper. If you included extra items into the hampers, no extra shipping fee will be added. See all our lovely extras here.

Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking Number. Please take note which couriers we are using (ARAMEX or Australia Post). This information, together with your tracking number, will be in your shipping confirmation emailed to you.

Hospital Delivery:

Same as above but PLEASE NOTE; Due to today’s short length of hospital stay, it is advisable to have the baby gift hamper delivered to a home or business address. However, if you are wishing to send a baby gift hamper to a hospital, please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for delivery. And because our couriers are not allowed to deliver to the maternity ward, we can only deliver to the front reception or mail room. It is then up to the hospital staff to get the gift up to the correct ward. This can add extra delivery time. Please keep that in mind when looking at below estimated delivery schedule.

Estimated delivery time;

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro: 1-2 business days.

Blue Mountains, Southern Tablelands Central Coast, Wollongong: 2-3 Business days.

Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Northern NSW Coast, Canberra, Albury: 2-3 business days.

Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide: 2-3 business days.

Cairns, Townsville, Perth, Tasmania: 4-10 business days

In the event the recipient is not home, a delivery card will be left in the mailbox with contact details to organize re-delivery with the courier company or details to pick up from a pickup center. If possible, please leave a note for us if it is possible to leave the parcel at the front door at the receiver’s address. We are not responsible if the recipient does not respond to the calling card or pick up the parcel, so leaving the parcel at the front door is a good option if you believe this is safe. If the parcel is returned to Sweet Arrivals, another re-delivery fee will be charged.

As we are using a freight company and Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays out of our control, such as delays on the road, bad weather and Covid19 restrictions.

International Shipping

Cancellation Of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Sweet Arrivals Baby Hampers immediately on 0426 946 466. If payment for an order has already been accepted, we will cancel your order and issue a refund provided the order has not yet been shipped.
