Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery. Please see our ordering & delivery information. 

Do you deliver during the weekend?

No unfortunately we can not offer weekend deliveries. We dispatch 3 times a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Australia Express Post.

How many days will it take for you to ship the baby hamper?

This depends on where your hamper is going but because we use Australia Express Post, it gets there as quickly as possible. But as we know unforeseen circumstances can happen and we will keep you informed if this occurs. Please see estimated delivery times;

  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro: 1-2 business days.
  • Blue Mountains, Southern Tablelands Central Coast, Wollongong: 2-3 Business days.
  • Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Northern NSW Coast, Canberra, Albury: 2-3 business days.
  • Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide: 2-3 business days.
  • Cairns, Townsville, Perth, Tasmania: 4-10 business days

Do you ship over seas?

What size are the baby clothing in the hamper?

Most of our clothing is size 000. If another size is used it will be mentioned in the baby hamper description. The reason for us using size 000 is the fact that those precious little babies grow so fast and size 0000 will not last them very long at all. Size 000 is a good size we think as the baby will be using it in the near future and therefore the present you give will be used very soon. If you need a larger size please contact us and we will do all we can to help with that.

Do you delivery locally?

We are located on the NSW Central Coast and we do deliver locally. If possible we can deliver the hamper the same day if ordered before 1.00 pm. Please contact about this if you need to clarify.

Can I design my own hamper?

We have designed the hampers with only the very best brands and items. Each item has been picked carefully to match perfectly. But you can still add lots of beautiful extras and if needed we upgrade the suitcase size for free to include extras. Please look under our “add extras” category and see if that is what you are looking for. If not please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to make the best baby hamper for you.

Do you gift wrap?

If you purchased an item on its own (not going into a hamper) we will gift wrap and add a gift card from Pleasant Tree Cards with your own personal message. All Big Sister and Big Brother gifts come beautifully wrapped with a very special sibling card.

Can I pick up?

We are on the NSW Central Coast and if you live in the area you are more then welcome to pick up. Please call us to arrange a time. Ph 0439 493 107
